Jan. 16  NEW YORK and LONDON--Vringo, the pioneer in video ringtone sharing, and Turner Broadcasting System Europe today announced an agreement that will enable Vringo subscribers to download clips from Turner’s Cartoon Network and Adult Swim as video ringtones.
