Jan. 16  OTTAWA--Cognos® (NASDAQ: COGN) (TSX: CSN) today announced that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has issued a final order approving the previously-announced arrangement whereby an indirect subsidiary of IBM will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Cognos for US$58.00 in cash for each Cognos common share.
