Jan. 17  CHICAGO--Fave Media Inc., the creator of Getfave.com, a local search engine pioneering the use of online video advertising, has raised $1.6 million in a funding round completed in January 2008 from a variety of private investors. 

GetFave claims over 80,000 unique visitors and over 50,000 video plays per month.
