Survey Reveals That Social Networking the Most Difficult Channel to Monitor  

CAMBRIDGE, Mass--Sapient annual Interactive Marketing Survey indicates marketers lack the tools to optimize their digital marketing efforts. Social networking was least “trackable”, but has the largest anticipated increase in marketing analytics spend for 2008. Email (32%) and Search (30%) were cited as “most confident” in the ability to track.
