Jan. 22  SAN JOSE, Calif --eBay Inc. reports fourth quarter revenue of $2.18 billion, representing a $461 million year-over-year increase with net income $531million. 

For 2007, $7.67 billion with net income of $348 million; non-GAAP net income of $2.11 billion. 

Skype contributed $115 million in revenue, with more than 276 million registered users worldwide.
