Yahoo! Names Ari Balogh as Chief Technology Officer

Balogh, Former CTO of VeriSign, to Drive Yahoo!’s Global Engineering and Technology Operations

Jan. 29  SUNNYVALE, Calif--Yahoo! today announced the appointment of Aristotle “Ari” Balogh, 43, as chief technology officer (CTO). Formerly the CTO at VeriSign, Inc., Balogh will lead Yahoo!’s global engineering organization and manage all of the company’s technology operations. Balogh will report directly to Jerry Yang, co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO).
