Sprint opens its popular GPS-enabled child-locating service to over 100 Sprint phone models

Feb 7 -  RALEIGH, N.C--OVERLAND PARK, Kan--Sprint Family Locator service is now available on all Web-enabled Sprint phones, an industry first. Parents on the go now can use any Web-enabled Sprint phone to locate family members on the service. Launched in April 2006, Sprint Family Locator is the industry’s first family location service using GPS technology.
