Feb 5 -  OS ANGELES--WebMessenger, Inc., has acquired Apptix WebMessenger, Inc., in a move designed to enable WebMessenger to focus exclusively on mobile real-time enterprise communications and mobile business productivity applications and solutions for BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, and Palm mobile devices. 

Val Babajov is founder and CEO of WebMessenger.
